How to mold a mouthguard or mouthpiece for boxing in 2 minutes the right way so it stays locked in your teeth and never falls out, even with your mouth open. Tony Jeffries, Olympic medalist boxer, shows the exact technique that no mouthguard instruction booklet ever teaches and it works with any mouthguard you are using.
Most boxers follow the standard boil and bite method and end up with a mouthguard that falls straight out the moment they open their mouth, which means spending the whole session biting down just to keep it in. Tony shows a simple adjustment to the way you set the mouthguard before it cools that creates a natural lock around your teeth, so you can breathe freely in the ring without thinking about it at all.
