Chapter 2 Appendix of How to Make TF2 Maps!
This chapter will teach you the logic basics for your Team Fortress 2 map. This is basically the underlying programming or scripting of your map. By the end of this chapter, you will know how to create a fully functioning spawn room, be able to create the logic for a KOTH and Arena map, and ultimately some shortcuts to speed up this whole process after you learn how it all works.
This episode covers the basics of func_details and how the affect the visleaf/ visibility calculating system. This is just designed to be an introduction to the concept to help get your compile times down as you start making a more complex map. I'll cover optimization more thoroughly in a future chapter.

![PA HONC Night! 4-3-15 [Stream Archive] - 1 / 2
My weekly game night on the Penny Arcade House of Non-Conformity, where we play a mix of stock and custom maps. This was the first full game night we had since April Fools day, when I released wubwubwub_remix, trainsawlaser_pro, and trainsawlaser_rc2, so we went through a few of those plus a bunch more!
Damon (the voice of Kilgore from Trainsawlaser) was sitting next to me playing on my wifes computer, so you can hear him in the background/ doubled up while hes talking over voice, on occasion.
This is the entire night archived from my Twitch stream. Watch live at http://www.twitch.tv/ueakcrash
I wasnt really planning on streaming during this, I just did it on a whim and it was fun! Let me know if this is entertaining and worth doing more! :)
