Over the last few weeks, I have been collecting signatures from creatives and people adjacent to the TF2 mapping community on an open letter to Valve regarding the current state of TF2 mapping. Earlier this week I sent this letter off to Valve, this is the public portion of this process.
Please note, I tried to keep this letter very specifically focused with limited scope. I know there's a lot that could be said and a lot of topics that could be addressed, but I wanted to keep the scope narrow.

My weekly game night on the Penny Arcade House of Non-Conformity, where we play a mix of stock and custom maps. This was the first full game night we had since April Fools day, when I released wubwubwub_remix, trainsawlaser_pro, and trainsawlaser_rc2, so we went through a few of those plus a bunch more!
Damon (the voice of Kilgore from Trainsawlaser) was sitting next to me playing on my wifes computer, so you can hear him in the background/ doubled up while hes talking over voice, on occasion.
