In this video, Maxx shows us how to make fake drinkable blood for larp, Halloween parties, stage plays or any other thing you'd need fake edible blood for, that tastes pleasant and is inexpensive to create.
Though specifically with Vampire style games in mind, many larps can utilize this drink for simulated blood in many scenarios. I hope you will give it a try!
I used a combination of simple syrup, black cherry drink mix and red food coloring, mixed to desired color and consistency. However, you can add additional components as you see fit to meet your games needs. If you only use simple syrup, kool-aid and food coloring, this should be vegan. But do your research on the colorings and sugar sources.
If you have your own recipe, be sure to share it in the comments if you like.
***This will definitely stain clothing and body parts. It will wash off of skin, but may not come out of clothing, so be careful***
***Always be aware of who is making and giving you drinks at larp and in real life as well. Make sure you know what's in it and stay safe. You can never be too careful***
