In this video Maxx shows you a simple Wizard hat he is making for an upcoming larp. Using some felt, he transforms some discount witch hats into something excellent. Also great for costumes, plays, cosplay or whatever...
There are plenty of ways to make a wizard or sorcerer hat, but this is fast, easy and anyone can do it. Plus it's inexpensive and looks pretty good too.
If you want to recreate this project, you'll need one or two Halloween style witch hats, some spray adhesive and about a yard of felt. Plus some scissors and something to measure with. I strongly suggest wearing gloves and a mask when working with spray adhesive.
Stay tuned to see how the rest of my costume comes together for this "Gray Wizard" character I am planning to play.
