Ingredients:
100g oat meal
50g rice flour
40g walnut
50g maple syrup
30g oil
1 tbsp matcha
Instructions:
1. put oats and walnuts into a food processor and make them into small pieces.
2. add all the rest of the ingredients and mix using pulse button.
3. shape the dough into your favorite shape.
4. bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
for the dough :
285g super fine rice flour
15g alpha-rized rice flour
30g beet sugar
15g oil
10g psyllium husk
3g dry yeast
3g salt
330g warm water (adjust if needed)
for the filling :
50g brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon powder
* If you cant find super fine rice flour and alpha-rized rice flour where you live, substitute these rice flour with 300g gluten free flour mix you can get.
Instructions:
1. put all the ingredients for the dough in a stand mixer and blend well.
2. let it ferment until it doubles in volume then put it in a fridge for a few hours.
3. dust the surface then roll out into rectangular shape.
4. spread brown sugar and cinnamon powder on top then shape the dough into twisted rolls.
5. let it ferment until it rises a bit.
6. bake at 180C/356F for 30 minutes.
7. Enjoy!

２、二倍に膨らむまで一次発酵させてから冷蔵庫で数時間冷やします。
３、作業台に打ち粉をして生地を長方形に伸ばします。
４、黒糖とシナモンパウダーを全体にまぶし、三つ編みロールにします。
５、少し膨らむまで二次発酵させます。
６、180℃で30分ほど焼きます。

Ingredients:
300g Red lentils
1500ml Water
200g Onion
30g Garlic
30g Ginger
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Garam masala
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Turmeric powder
For the tempering:
3 tbsp Coconut oil
3 Chili pepper
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Fenugreek powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
3 cups Basmati rice
Instructions:
1. Wash the lentils and cook them in 1500ml of water in a pressure cooker for about 5 minutes.
2. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion in coconut oil.
3. Add salt, garam masala, coriander, and turmeric, mix well, and add to the cooked lentils.
4. Add chili peppers and mustard seeds to coconut oil and heat over medium heat. When the mustard seeds start to pop, add cumin seeds, fenugreek powder, and asafoetida, remove from heat, and add to the dal.

２、にんにく、生姜、玉ねぎをココナッツオイルで炒める
３、塩、ガラムマサラ、コリアンダー、ターメリックを加えよく混ぜ合わせ、煮たレンズ豆に加える
４、ココナッツオイルに唐辛子とマスタードシードを加え中火にかける。マスタードシードがパチパチと音がしてきたらクミンシード、フェヌグリークパウダー、ヒンを加えて火を止め、４のダルに加える。

2 tsp cumin powder

100g lotus root
100g spinach
150g mushroom
20g coconut oil
1000ml water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cane sugar
25g salt
225g water
500g all purpose flour
Instructions:
1. fry onion on medium to high heat until brown. it takes 10 - 15 minutes. then add powder spice and rice flour.
2. fry lotus root, mushroom and spinach. add water, salt and cane sugar.
3. mix salt and water first then add it to all purpose flour.
4. make it into udon noodles.
5. boil udon noodles for a few minutes until cooked.
6. Enjoy!

２、れんこん、キノコ、ほうれん草を炒めて、水と塩と黒糖を加えます。
３、水に塩を加えて溶かし、中力粉に加えます。
４、麺にします。（やり方は各自ご自由にどうぞ。笑）
５、うどんを茹でます。

Ingredients: makes 6 small donuts
for the donuts
180g pastry flour
60g banana
120g plant-based milk
20g oil
1 tsp baking powder
2g cinnamon
for the icing :
100g powdered sugar
18g plant-based milk
Blue Majik
activated charcoal
purple sweet potato powder
Instructions:
1. mix all the ingredients for the donut in a bowl and mix until combined.
2. put the dough mixture into a piping bag. squeeze on a donut tin.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 15 minutes.
4. put powdered sugar in a bowl and add plant-based milk little by little. stir until well combined.
5. divide the icing and add coloring.
6. drizzle the colored icing on white icing and dip donut.
7. place the donut on a mesh tray and let it cool until it dries out(usually take 2 - 12 hours)
8. Enjoy!

ココナッツ活性炭 適量
紫芋パウダー 適量
「作り方」
１、ドーナツ生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせる。
２、絞り袋に入れて、ドーナツ型に絞り出す。
３、180℃で15分ほど焼く。
４、粉糖にプラントベースドミルクを少しずつ加えて混ぜ合わせる。
５、いくつかに取り分け、着色成分を加える。
６、それぞれの色のアイシングを表面に垂らし、ドーナツをつける。
７、金網などに載せて乾燥させる。（２〜１２時間ほどかかります）

Ingredients: makes 5 small dorayaki
For the adzuki bean paste (Tsubu-an)
150g adzuki beans
100g beet sugar
a pinch of salt
For the batter
150g rice flour
30g beet sugar
2g baking soda
8g matcha
150g plant-based milk
20g mirin (optional)
Instructions:
1. put adzuki beans and water into a pan and bring to a boil. drain hot water then add water and simmer for 30 to 60 minutes until they softens
2. add beet sugar and salt. keep simmering until water is almost gone.
3. put all the ingredients for the batter and blend well. let it rest in a fridge for 30 minutes.
4. cook the batter on a pan both sides.
5. sand the adzuki bean paste with the cakes.
6. Enjoy!

小豆 150g
甜菜糖 100g

甜菜糖 30g
重曹 2g
抹茶 8g
プラントベースミルク 150g
みりん 20g
「作り方」
１、小豆と水を鍋に入れて一度茹でこぼし、新しい水を加えて柔らかくなるまで30~60分ほど茹でます。
２、甜菜糖と塩を加えて、水気がほとんどなくなるまで煮詰めます。
３、どら焼きの生地の材料を全て混ぜ合わせ、冷蔵庫で30分ほど休ませる。
４、フライパンで生地を両面焼きます。
５、粒餡を挟んだら出来上がり！
