Gudetama Cookie Recipe
Makes about 1 dozen cookies
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla extract, then mix in flour.
2. Color ½ cup cookie dough yellow, ¼ cup red, and the remaining cookie dough white.
3. Shape Gudetama cookies, reserving some white and yellow dough for bacon blanket and hands.
4. Bake at 350 F for 12-13 minutes.
