Mexican Rice Recipe
1 cup of long grain rice
2 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
2 tbsp of butter or oil
1/2 tsp of granulated garlic
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of turmeric (optional)
2 tbsp of tomato sauce of 1/2 tbsp of tomato paste
