In this episode I'm turning Coca-Cola, Dr Pepper, Sprite and Mountain Dew into Taco Sauce, or Hot Sauce if you prefer the term. It's pretty easy and the results were VERY interesting. How did they turn out? Watch and see! Recipes Below to try this at home. Add more Cayenne if you want more kick!
Coca Cola Taco Sauce
12oz of Coke (not diet)
1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Fine Kosher or Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Dist White Vinegar
Blend well and heat in a sauce pan to 204f or 95.55556 Celsius. Let cool and put in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.
Dr. Pepper Taco Sauce
12oz of Dr. Pepper
1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Fine Kosher or Sea Salt

Sprite Taco Sauce
12oz of Sprite (7UP or Slice would work great too)
1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Fine Kosher or Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Dist White Vinegar

Mountain Dew Taco Sauce
12oz of Mountain Dew (classic flavor)
1 1/2 TBSP Cornstarch
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Granulated Onion
1/2 tsp Fine Kosher or Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Dist White Vinegar
