Easy Meal Monday! Delicious beef patty bake!

You will need:
1 kg of minced beef (2 lbs) (make it into 8 patties) + salt, pepper and oil

2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
500 grams of mushrooms (1 lbs)
500 ml of milk (2 cups)
500 grams of passata (1 lbs)
1000 ml of heavy cream (4 cups)
3 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of paprika
2 broth cubes
4 tbsp of tomato paste
Salt, pepper and oil

180 degrees C convection or 350 degrees F for around 30-35 minutes.
