Delicious easy pulled pork creamy bbq bake! Give it all to me!

You will need:
2.5 kgs of potatoes (5 lbs)
1 kg of pulled pork (2 lbs)
Lots of spring onions
1 kg of mornay sauce (2 lbs) (bechamel sauce)
750 ml of BBQ sauce (3 cups)
500 ml of heavy cream (2 cups)
2 chopped bouillon cubes
1 tbsp of salt - maybe more (remember to taste it)
Pepper

Sour cream and chives

180 degrees C convection oven or 350 degrees F convection for about 40 minutes
