Fast Food Friday! Delicious creamy chicken lunch bites!

You will need:
2 sheets of puff pastry (I only showed one in the video, but there is enough filling for at least 8 if not more!)

700 grams of chicken breast (salt, pepper and oil)
40 grams of butter (1.5 oz)
1 red onion
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of curry powder
4 tbsp of tomato paste
250-300 ml of heavy cream (until it is thick) (1 cup - 1 cup and 3 tbsp)
Salt and pepper

180 degrees C convection or 350 degrees F convection for about 16-18 minutes.
