Make an Apple Peeling Jig
I saw this idea on Tom Silva’s page a few years ago and it worked way better than I expected. When Laurel asked me to peel some apples, I figured it was a good time to try it out—and it really is a time-saver.
A couple quick tips:
Remove any stickers from the apples before you get started.
I used a 1-inch spade bit in the drill, and it worked great for holding the apples in place.
