Here's how to make Bibimbap, a delicious korean rice bowl recipe with meat and mixed vegetables. I keep it simple, and have prepared all the ingredients at once, with the bibimbap sauce, to make this dish in more than half the time as most Bi bim bap recipes with all the delicious flavor. Recipe Below.

Bibimbap Recipe:
1/2 kg of Ground Beef (1 Pound)
4 Servings of Cooked Rice (2 Cups Uncooked)
2 Cups of Carrots (Julienned)
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
2 Cups of Mushrooms (Sliced)
2 Cups of Bean Sprouts
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
1 tbsp of Vinegar (I used Rice)
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Sugar
3 tbsp of Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste)
4 Eggs (1 per serving)
2 Cups of Spinach
Sesame Seed for garnish
Green onions for garnish.

1. Fry ground beef in a wok or large saute pan on high heat. Use papertowl to soak up the excess fat. Set aside.
2. Wipe pan of ground beef, and turn heat down to medium high. Add oil. Once hot, add carrots, fry for a minute, then bean sprouts, mushrooms and garlic. Mix.
3. Add sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and gochujang. Mix. Then add spinach and cooked groundbeef. Season with soy sauce and sugar to taste.
4. Fry an egg per serving. Serve in a bowl with rice on the bottom, then meat and vegetables, topped with an egg and garnish with roasted sesame seeds and green onions.
