How to make a Mango Basil Lemonade cocktail - Hennessy. This cocktail is not only a nice way to end the evening, but a perfect way to start it as the taste profile is a unique blend of Hennessy V.S and mango, topped with basil.
40 ml Hennessy Very Special
30 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Mango puree
15 ml Simple syrup
Top with soda and basil
Shake all liquid except club soda in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a basil leaf and a lemon wheel.
