With notes of rich apricot and citrus, this aromatic Hennessy Very Special take-on-a-classic cocktail comes alive on the tongue and leaves the palate with a lingering sweet spice.

Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 1.5 oz Hennessy Very Special
- 0.25 oz Amaretto™
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters™
- 1 Lemon Twist

Recipe:
- Add all liquids to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
