The absolute freshness of the mint tea holds its own against the sweet tang of the other ingredients. The warming notes of the Hennessy Very Special adds its own power to the mix.

Ingredients (makes one cocktail):
- 30 ml Hennessy Very Special
- 10 ml Carpano™ antica formula
- 1 Splash of lemon juice
- 1 Splash of simple syrup
- 2 Dashes fee brothers old fashioned bitters
- 20 ml Cranberry juice
- 40 ml Peppermint tea
- 1 Orange twist

Recipe:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
