DMCubing | How to Make a Magnetic MF3RS Speed Cube @dmcubing6342 | Uploaded January 2017 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
Here's my tutorial on making a magnetic Moyu MF3RS speedcube. This is a budget cube, coming in at $5, and is truly an excellent cube for the price. It's easy to magnetize and honestly, is probably the best way to get into magnetic cubes.
In this project I used N48 strength 4mm x 2mm neodymium magnets. These are really nice in this cube and have a pronounced, but not overly strong, magnetic feel. If you prefer a more subtle feel, I'd recommend the N35 4x2.
I hope you enjoy this tutorial. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them in the Comments section. Thanks! DM

The musical excerpt at 5:42 is a tune I wrote called, "What's Next?" with me on all the instruments. It's sped up here for comedic effect.
