In this video I show you how to install SSDs into the Beelink EX Mate Pro. The Mate Pro is an 80Gbps dock that's also a 4-bay SSD enclosure that's compatible with USB4 V2 and Thunderbolt 5.

As shown in the video, just make sure that you don't over tighten the SSD retention screws. I suspect that that the the issues I'd shown in the video were because the the thermal pad is a bit to thick, creating a pivot point right by the M.2 slot which in turn creates a bend in the SSD when screwed in too tight. Just be carful with how much tension you apply to the screw.
