With Summer in full swing, things are heating up! My office gets warm and HVAC alone doesn’t circulate the air adequately at times. This is the season for ceiling fan sales at the local hardware stores and I score a Hunter 52-inch ceiling fan for cheap! I've never installed a ceiling fan before so this will be a first and while I'm at it, I change the dumb switch in the wall with the Lutron Caseta Wireless Fan Control switch and get instant HomeKit integration! All-in-all, this solution cost me about $110 for a HomeKit ceiling fan solution for my ever growing smart home.
