Came across a perfect opportunity to control the lock on my garage access door with a HomeKit compatible smart lock from Friday Labs. The Friday Smart Lock is compact and I like the efficient design. We go through unboxing and, thanks to a stuck deadbolt, I show you how to modify a doorjamb to unstick that lock and get it smart lock-ready! More HomeKit content on the horizon, and I have a feeling this will be a good year for us Apple smart home fans!
