— MULTIPLE INSTALLATIONS —
(Battle.net / Private Server / Modded Singleplayer)
INSTALL THE BASE GAME:
1. 00:39 - Make sure there are no Diablo II installations currently on the PC.
Start Menu, Settings, Apps, and search for "Diablo II"; if it comes up, uninstall it; if you have an existent "Diablo II" folder where you would like to install the game, delete it.
2. 01:09 - Get your files:
- D2 & LoD installers (1.13 or older)
- D2LoD Official Patch (needed version for your mods)
- Modification Files (PlugY, D2SE, Median XL, etc)
- Private Server installation files (Slash Diablo, Path of Diablo, etc)
3. 01:52 - Install Diablo II & LoD to desired location (eg E:/Games/Diablo II).
It is important to note that this base installation folder will be what you need to rename your instance folders for them to be your active installation. Make it easy to find.
4. 03:23 - Set Compatibility Mode for WinXP SP3 and enable 'Run as Admin' for 'Diablo II.exe'
In the Diablo II installation folder, right-click 'Diablo II.exe' and go to Properties. In the Compatibility tab, check 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)' from the dropdown menu. Then, check "Run this program as an administrator'. Hit 'OK'.
4a. If using a version of Diablo II older than 1.14, repeat this step on 'D2VidTst.exe' as well, then run D2VidTst.exe, hit 'Run Test' (screen will change resolution and go black periodically), and when it finishes select the Direct3D option and hit 'OK'.
CREATE YOUR DESIRED INSTANCES:
5. 03:51 - Copy & Paste your Diablo II installation folder so you have the desired amount of copies. Then rename each folder to describe their designation. Example:
"Diablo II - bnet"
"Diablo II - plugy"
"Diablo II - pod"
6. 04:20 - Finish installing each copy.
- Rename a folder to the base folder name which you originally installed the game into.
- Now complete the installation (battlenet/plugy/etc) as you normally would. For battle.net, you can login and update to the latest patch; for singleplayer modded, you can apply the necessary patch and install your mods; for private server, you can install the necessary files per their instructions.
- Rename the folder back to it's designation and repeat for the next instance.
I recommend creating a shortcut for each instance you have once it is setup and still active.
7. 07:08 - Swapping instances:
You can change which instance you are using by renaming the active folder "Diablo II" back to, for example, "Diablo II - bnet" and then renaming your desired instance to "Diablo II"
Example:
"Diablo II" is currently the battle.net instance, and you want to switch to your PlugY instance.
-Rename "Diablo II" to "Diablo II - bnet"
-Rename "Diablo II - plugy" to "Diablo II"
-Play PlugY
Note: if you changed the name of your original game installation folder to be something other than "Diablo II" you will need to use that name instead for your active installation folder name.

Lets Play Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin (PC)
#12: Shrine of Amana
Ahh, the most hated area of the entire game, or at least it used to be... Shrine of Amana is filled with lots of water to trudge through whilst being pelted by magic spells from mages afar.
I found this area to be easier than it used to be, actually, but its not too difficult either way; a bow and some poison arrows will go a long way towards making your life easier here, especially in the second area.

ABOUT THIS SERIES:
This is a casual playthrough where I recreate my favorite old DEX/INT build. The pacing is a bit faster than my usual style; this is not a comprehensive walkthrough, and I will be skipping some items/enemies/sections. I will kill all bosses. I have not played DkS2 since before the release of the third game earlier this year, and in recent months Ive been very engrossed in DkS1; this is my revisitation of DkS2, to once and for all gain a proper perspective on all three games in the series. #12: Shrine of Amana [ Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin — PC ]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/9HETnUEx0Lk/mqdefault.jpg)

The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall
Prepare to experience your new obsession it claims on the box. Yes, but also confusion and frustration. Daggerfall is a first-person dungeon-crawler, second installment of the Elder Scrolls series, and it pioneered some of the elements that would become standard in later titles. It was a highly-ambitious project, and it did some interesting things that were never seen again within the series.

#04: Explosives Required Ahead
The Northern area of the mine can be accessed with the key I got from the room that was just occupied by the mysterious noises. Theres a workshop and some explosives handy, which is just my luck, since the path further into the mine is blocked by a cave-in. Not so lucky for me, though, that blasted dog followed me to the area.

ABOUT THE GAME:
Penumbra: Overture (2007), by Frictional Games, is the first chapter of a survival horror series that preceded the more well-known game Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It features much of the same elements - a dynamic physics engine, gameplay that emphasizes puzzle-solving, and instilling psychological horror based on an inability to fight back against the games monsters.
The story begins when our character, Philip, receives a mysterious letter from the father he never knew shortly after his mothers funeral. A series of clues leads Philip to an isolated part of Northern Greenland, where he begins searching for answers.
If fate frowns, we all perish. #04: Explosives Required Ahead — [Penumbra: Overture]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/BQ1quLnFcnY/mqdefault.jpg)

Partizan +10 in hand, now its time to steamroll the rest of the Old Ones... but first there is an optional boss that we missed: Old Dragonslayer. He drops the Old Leo Ring, a perfect compliment to my thrusting weapon, so I decide to fetch that before continuing on and finishing up Tseldora with the giant spidder.

ABOUT THE GAME:
Pokémon: Trading Card Game (JP:1998 NA:2000) is a digitized version of the crazy popular collection/battle phenomenon of the late 90s. This adaptation creates a familiar game-world where the trainer must battle their way to collecting 8 medals and rising to defeat the Grand Masters... collect em all, battle the best, and become the Grand Champion. The game also takes advantage of the Gameboy link-cables to allow friends to duel one another as well as trade cards, generate new cards, and swap deck configurations. #23: Challenge Cup Round 2 — [Pokémon TCG]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/EEMeoY8R6a8/mqdefault.jpg)
