I'll show you how to get the Gravitation Potion in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
First, you can find a number of these potions in chests throughout your world.
For example, in the world I'm in—the seed for which you see on the screen and can find in the description below.
You can find a Gravitation Potion if you head to the left.
Go past this small mountain.
And stand roughly right here.
Then start digging down.
Until you come across an abandoned house.
And in the chest, if we open it, we'll find a Gravitation Potion.
But if you don't want to search for them, you can craft them.
To do this, we need to gather resources.
Specifically:
Fireblossom, which we can find in The Underworld.
Deathweed, which we can find in the evil biome.
Blinkroot, which we can find just anywhere underground.
And a Feather, which we can get by killing Harpies.
The last thing is Bottled Water.
Now we just need to craft it.
You can do this by placing a Bottle on a piece of furniture, or you can use an Alchemy Table or an Alchemy Flask, which give you a chance not to consume resources.
And now we have the Gravitation Potion we need.
