I'll show you how to get all mob heads in Minecraft.
Aside from dropping a Wither Skeleton Skull with a 2.5% chance and finding a Skeleton Skull under the portal in the Ancient City, there is another way to obtain all the possible heads available in the game.
However, for this, we first need to wait for a thunderstorm.
The longest a storm can take to happen is 7.5 days.
So you'll have to wait a bit.
And here is the rain.
Now, place a wooden pressure plate and 4 trapdoors around it.
Next, find a creeper and lure it into this trap.
Then, wait for lightning to strike it.
But we can speed this up by placing a Lightning Rod nearby.
This will increase the probability of lightning hitting the right spot.
Or, you can take your Trident with the Channeling enchantment.
That way, lightning is 100% guaranteed to strike our creeper.
Next, we make a small pit.
And place 4 trapdoors like this.
And make sure to open them.
First, bring the mobs whose heads you want to get over here.
Now, release our creeper.
And lead it to them into the pit.
All that's left is to let it explode.
And as you can see, we now have a bunch of heads.
