I'll show you how to get the Shiny Red Balloon in Terraria 1.4.5.6.
Create a world with the seed you see on the screen; also, you can find it in the description below.
The seed itself already includes information about the world size and evil type.
All you can do is change the difficulty to whichever one you prefer.
After we spawn, head to the right.
And on this hill, start heading up into the sky.
Keep going until you see a floating island on the right side.
Go to it.
Then, enter the house located there.
Open the chest.
And grab the Shiny Red Balloon we were looking for.
Now you can jump much higher.
