In this video I share my easy prepping method that saves you money while building a reserve of food with a long shelf life. The rules are simple.
1. Only buy what you actually eat.
2. Check the expiry date.
3. Buy sales in bulk.

Using this method you will actually SAVE a significant amount of money on home food staples.
