How to fit a staircase with winders in detail, this is a video that will show how I am fitting a made to measure Oak winder staircase to a new house following the plastering so we can keep the joinery in perfect condition.
I am joined by Frank Schipano an award winning carpenter from Melbourne in Australia who has come to witness and help with the installation
In this first part I am concentrating on the top section of the staircase which involves fitting the newel post, the top nosing and riser and drawer dowelling the joint together
