Making curved wall plates for my designer slat wall project, this is a super enjoyable piece of work, using simple methods and basic power and hand tools I am making the head and sole plates for my curved slatted screen, using a trammel with screws as scribes I form the outlines of my two main radiuses and then mark them to their finished width of 70mm, I fix the 6mm Stretek plywood template to two thicknesses of 18mm Stretek plywod and cut them all together and clean them up while still attached, this way I end up with perfect matching sections
We are using this new StreTek plywood from Falcon timber, this is a really nice alternative to birch ply that has become really expensive in recent times for more information
