I woke up this morning with a high Key expectation for an extraordinary day! I'm talking about a day that's fire...a record breaking kind of day! One of the things that get me hyped in the AM are the thoughts of the various canvases I'll have the opportunity to play with, create on, and compose. When I speak of a canvas, I'm talking about anything related to the body, mind, and even to the present moment. I get super hyped for this man!🤙
Everything begins within! This is the very first principle of Life Artistry. Now truth be told, there is no inside and outside, but to make this a bit easier to conceptualize, I would encourage you to close your eyes during the following practice. Mental pictures are like building blocks and feelings are like the mortar. You must have both of these tools in order to create, attract, and manifest desire. One without the other is almost useless. Below is a small practice that will help you learn to use the tool or colors of emotion in your Life Artistry.
If you could feel any way you wanted to today, what would you feel? Would you feel excited, happy, creative, sexy, or maybe rich? How do you want to energetically feel? After establishing a specific color (emotion) that you want to play with today, close your eyes and allow a mental picture of yourself to form in your imagination. This simulated you will feel however you want him/her to feel, so impress on this image the feeling(s) of your choosing! How does this sexy/happy/rich you live, move and create? If this seems hard at first, don't let this bother you, it's only because the self image is vibrating at a negative frequency. There are many ways to raise the Self Image (SI) frequency and they almost all begin with returning to the Space of Balance or neutrality. "Unless a man lose his life, he will not find it." With a bit of practice you will overcome your negative self-image and be creating the life of your dreams!
