How To Factory Reset Sonos Era 100:
These steps will factory reset your Sonos Era 100 and clear all existing settings from the device you will then need to set back up the device on the Sonos app.
1) Unplug the Sonos Era 100 for 5 seconds.
2) Plug in the Sonos Era 100.
3) Press down on the "Bluetooth Button" located on the back of the speaker and hold it down until you see a green light on the front of the Sonos Era 100. It will first blink orange to let you know the factory reset has started and green when the reset is complete.
4) Once you see the green light your Sonos Era 100 Speaker will be reset to factory defaults and you can set it up on your network to use.
