To factory reset your Samsung phone, connect your phone via USB to your computer. Then hold down the volume down button and the power button at the same time. Hold it untill your phone restarts. Now you will notice that if you keep holding the two buttons it will keep restarting. Now when the phone screen turns black, so before the logo apears, when it is black, switch your fingers so that you are press Volume up and the power button at the same time. Now with the volume buttons you can scroll through the options and select with the power button. Scroll to Wipe data/ factory reset. Accept the process and then let the phone do its thing. If it looks like it got stuck on the Samsung logo, don’t worry. Just give it time. After a few minutes it will get to the initialization menu. I hope this video helped.
