How to Reset Any AirPods Pro
Place both AirPods Pro into the charging case.
Close the lid and wait 30 seconds.
Open the charging case lid.
On your iPhone or iPad:
Open Settings.
Tap Bluetooth.
Tap the i (Info) button next to your AirPods Pro.
Tap Forget This Device.
Confirm by tapping Forget Device.
Leave the charging case lid open.
Press and hold the Setup button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds.
Keep holding until the status light:
Flashes amber (orange) several times.
Then flashes white.
Release the button. Your AirPods Pro have now been reset to factory settings.
Reconnect Your AirPods Pro
With the lid still open, hold the charging case next to your unlocked iPhone or iPad.
A setup animation should appear automatically.
Tap Connect.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.
If the Reset Doesn't Work
Make sure the charging case has enough battery.
Charge the case for at least 15–30 minutes if the battery is low.
Ensure both AirPods are seated properly in the case.
Clean the charging contacts inside the case and on the AirPods if they're dirty.
Try the reset again, holding the setup button until you see the amber light followed by the white flashing light.
