Instructions for drawing a nose. A nose can be quite a difficult element to draw. Getting the drawing of the nose wrong will spoil a portrait. Knowing how to draw a nose simply will improve your portrait drawing. In this art video tutorial created using a Nikon D7100, I explain how to draw a nose from the front and the side. The nose is probably the most awkward feature to draw convincingly on the face. In this art tutorial I explain step by step how the nose can be created using just two lines, a circle, two half circles and a little shading. I also explain how by adjusting the circles you can draw a nose from different angles. Understanding these drawing techniques will improve your nose drawings and ultimately will improve your portrait drawing. This nose drawing video is aimed at beginners and those wishing to improve their drawing.
