@READYTOGLARE started out on YouTube as a beauty YouTube channel, but she eventually changed her niche to be more of a commentary channel. For her, makeup wasn't something that she felt strongly about or had strong opinions about, and so her content seemed lackluster. She wanted to create YouTube videos that she felt were important and that she cared about deeply, and that is when she made the shift to be more of a commentary channel! When trying to grow your YouTube channel, it is important that you discuss things that you care about, because the more you care and the more authentic you are, the more charismatic you will be and the more your audience will want to follow you!
