In this video, I’m cutting heavy-duty decorative metal grills for a door panel project using grills from Van Dyke’s Restorers. These are solid, high-quality Grills that take a bit of practice to cut clean and straight.
I’m using a metal cut-off wheel on the grinder, along with a wooden straight edge to keep the line true. It’s not complicated, but setup and patience make all the difference. Take your time, line it up right, and you’ll get a clean, accurate cut.
