Allowing the player to crouch can be a surprisingly difficult task. You have to take the environment into consideration as to whether or not you can stand back up, whether you're standing under one-way platforms, and even issues when you walk over edges. Such a hassle. In this video I'll show you how we can handle all of these issues to achieve a flawless crouch and crawl mechanic.
