In this tutorial, you will learn How to Create Anime Talking Photos in VideoExpress AI which is a cloud-based video creation app. With this AI-powered video creation tool, you can generate stunning images using AI prompts.
Once you do so, you can use the AI-technology to turn the static image into a talking photo. You can upload an MP3 audio file of a voice-over, you record a voice-over within the app, or use the text-to-speech option. Once you add the audio, the character will speak the script with lip sync.
Apart from using VideoExpress to generate your images, you can also import AI-generated images from other apps and turn them into talking photos. In this tutorial, I walk you through the process step-by-step on how to create Anime talking photos.
I generated several Anime images using another AI app called PhotoDirector 365. I imported some of the Anime characters that I generated into the VideoExpress AI app, used the text-to-speech feature, and turned them into talking photos.
