This is a male 3D Cartoon talking photo I created with the TalkingPhotos AI app which is a cloud-based video creation tool. The 3D cartoon image was generated using the AI app and then I face swapped it with my own photo. Next, I turned it into a talking photo and use the text-to-speech feature to create a voice-over.
