Today I want to share a simple Cantonese braised tofu with minced pork. It is an easy dish, but working with silken tofu can be tricky since it breaks so easily.
After trying a few methods, I found that blanching the tofu in salted water makes a big difference. It helps the tofu hold its shape while still keeping that smooth and silky texture that we all enjoy.
In this video, I will show you the method I use, along with a simple way to cook this comforting dish at home.
