You will learn How to Change Microsoft 365 Subscription to Classic Plan. Microsoft 365 is a powerful productivity suite that brings together Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and cloud storage with OneDrive.
It’s designed to help you work smarter, whether you're creating content, collaborating with others, or managing projects across devices. With built‑in AI tools, regular updates, and seamless integration across apps, Microsoft 365 makes it easier to stay organized, creative, and productive.
I’ve been using Microsoft 365 for many years now and pay for the subscription every year. This year the price increased and Microsoft is automatically switching users to the more expensive plan which includes Copilot.
However, I don’t really use Copilot much, so I don’t want to pay the extra. The new plan will be CAD$115 per year, instead of the CAD$79 per year. The good news is that we can switch to the Classic plan, so let me show you how:
(1) log into your Microsoft account; (2) go to the Subscription tab; (3) click on Manage; (4) and click on Cancel Subscription; (5) it will redirect you to a page with different plans, scroll down and you’ll see the Classic Plan; (6) click on Switch Plan; (7) enter your payment details; (8) and finally click Subscribe.
