You can easily block spam calls on a Samsung phone by using the built-in call settings or enabling the “Filter spam calls” feature in the Phone app.

Method 1 — Using Samsung’s Spam Protection
Open the Phone app.

Tap the three-dot menu at the top right and select Settings.
Go to Caller ID and spam protection.

Turn on Caller ID and spam protection. This feature allows your phone to identify and automatically warn you about suspected spam calls.
You can also enable Block suspected spam callers to automatically reject calls labeled as spam.

Method 2 — Block Specific Numbers Directly
Open the Phone app and go to Recent calls.
Tap the number you want to block.

Select Details, then Block number or Add to auto reject list.
Confirm by tapping Block. This prevents that number from calling or texting you.

Method 3 — Using Samsung’s Messages App for Unknown Senders
Open the Messages app.

Tap Settings → Block numbers and messages.
Enable Block unknown or spam numbers to stop unwanted text messages from suspicious senders
