Goal: Prioritize our peace in 2026 🙂‍↕️

Sometimes talking it out can’t solve every issue in a relationship, and you have to avoid red flags like how Ant dodges defenders on his way to the basket. Here are 5 unhealthy behaviors to look out for:

🚩 ignoring you on days they are angry
🚩 jealousy over everything you do
🚩 controlling where you go, how you look, or who you hang out with
🚩 intrusion by going through your phone or tracking your location
🚩 intimidation by calling you crazy and instilling fear

If you notice these signs as a repeated pattern of behavior, there may be abuse present in your relationship. If you or a friend need assistance with safety planning or leaving your relationship, please reach out to thehotline.org or call your on-campus crisis support line.
