🚩 ignoring you on days they are angry
🚩 blackmailing you if you refuse to do something
🚩 humiliating or putting you down
🚩 manipulating or coercing you into doing or saying something
🚩 jealousy over everything you do
🚩 controlling where you go or how you look
🚩 intrusion by going through your phone or tracking your location
🚩 isolating and cutting you off from friends and family
🚩 intimidation by calling you crazy and instilling fear
If you notice these signs as a repeated pattern of behavior in your relationship, there may be abuse present.
