This tutorial will show you how to use automation in FL Studio. You can easily add automation clips and events in FL Studio. This video will show you how to add and use automation, as well as how to record automation in FL Studio 20. In this video I will also cover what automation is and why you should use it in FL Studio. Automation is extremely important because it allows you to automate various parameters inside your project. This could be volume automation, synth cutoff automation, sidechain automation and so on. Adding automation clips and events in FL studio is very easy to do. Usually you can just right click any button or fader, and then select "add automation clip". For third party synths and VST's it's a little bit different, but it is still very easy to do. In this video I will show you several ways to add automation in FL Studio, and how to properly set it up and use it.
There are two main ways to automate in FL Studio: Events, and automation clips. Automation clips are most used in FL Studio. It is not possible to record into an automation clip, but you can record into an event instead, and then convert the event into an automation clip.
This video will teach you how to use both methods. You will also learn a few tips and tricks such as how to convert automation events into automation clips and more. So make sure to watch the entire video.
