To play Car Parking multiplayer with your friends go to start and input each others id in the add friend box. After you have both added each other, then one of you needs to tick this create friends only box and enter a stage.
After getting into the game, the other friend has to press on the name and will enter the stage.
That's it.

If it doesn't work. Try to be on the same server. Or close the game and try again the steps I have showed you. I hope this video helped.
