If you want to have a 24h clock display on your Switch 2 you need to change your language. To do that go to Settings, scroll to System, Language and now choose either English (UK) or English (Australia). Many other languages have 24h format. Tell us in the comments what clock format your language has. English (US), for example defaults to the 12-hour. But Romanian, German, French or Italian have 24h formats.
