With most concussions, symptoms clear up in a matter of days or weeks with rest and gradual return to activity. But with Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS), rest on its own typically isn’t enough, and doctors may suggest trying active treatments to target symptoms that are not resolving on their own. One of the treatments that can help is Physical Therapy.

In this Concussion Legacy Foundation webinar, Tyler Maland, Chief Impact Officer at CLF, and Dr. Lindsay Walston, Neurologic Residency Director and National Education Coordinator at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, discuss how Physical Therapy can help treat long-term concussion symptoms. Plus, PCS patient Noah Bond shares how PT has helped his recovery process.

Topics covered include:

• What symptoms PT can help treat
• How PT can help expedite the recovery process
• What exercises people can try from home
