Post-concussion syndrome doesn't just mean headaches. It impacts every part of life - mentally, physically, and socially. Some days the symptoms are obvious. Other days they are invisible. Regardless, the impact is still there.
If this is your reality, you're not weak. You're adapting. Healing is not linear, and strength often looks like resting, setting boundaries, and asking for patience.
