Demonstration of how the silent mode on Nikon Z cameras slows down the movement of the aperture blades on native Z lenses in attempts to reduce the sound made by the aperture blades during exposures. IMO this actually makes the sound more noticeable, and worse, slowing the aperture movement limits the continuous shooting rate of Z cameras, sometimes below their rated silent-mode specifications.
