We're back in the Hyundai Ioniq EV 28 kWh and we want to measure how much energy is available in those final percentages of battery until we exhaust all range and see the dreaded "Zero Miles of Range" left on the display. This may or may not be at 0% battery by the way, because on that car what you see is pretty much what you get, ie there is nothing more to see beyond - no further hidden range to get you home safely.
I would therefore recommend some caution with the first generation EV, once you're down on 5% or so and turtle mode it really is time to charge!
But let's take a look at in the details. We finish it off with all the stats, on total distance driven from 100% [spoiler alert: it's a lot this time as temperatures are getting better], how much mileage you get from a single % of battery, when the battery is full vs when the battery is empty. We throw in charging losses and other losses measurements for good measure too.
